Chicken Soup with Vegetables, Barley, Lentils and Quinoa.
I made a delicious pot of thick chicken soup with added barley, vegetables, lentils, quinoa and more. Went a little vege crazy, but who wouldn't. Tastes delicious and warms your belly. Best thing is that you'll have left-overs for days, as long as you can hide it from your friends and family. Trust me, they will want some. Then more.
